The location of this property is superb, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. the spacious basement suite is perfect for families, with 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. the host is easily reachable and helpful with any inquiries. the lake is ideal for paddleboarding, providing a great opportunity for outdoor activities.
The outside property is not well developed, lacking patio sets or a fire pit area.

The lake view was absolutely beautiful and provided a peaceful escape. Getting the keys was a breeze, and the host was always available when needed. the basement suite at Pelican Ridge was spacious and perfect for our family of five, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed spending time on the lake, especially paddle boarding. it was a comfortable stay and a great place to unwind.

The lake view was beautiful and the drive was easy to get to.
The outside property was not well developed and there was a trailer parked nearby, taking away from the views.

My recent stay at Pelican Ridge was absolutely amazing! The views of Payne Lake and the mountains were breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The spacious basement suite was ideal for my family of five, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. I was impressed with the modern and comfortable accommodations. Plus, being able to paddleboard on the lake was a highlight of our trip. Although the outside of the property is not fully developed yet, the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings more than made up for it. The host was also incredibly helpful and always available when needed. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Pelican Ridge for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

The lake view was stunning, and the houseboat on Payne Lake provided a tranquil setting. the host was helpful and easy to reach. the basement suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of five with teenagers. the lake was great for paddleboarding, offering a fun activity.
The cars were dirty throughout the stay. the cleanliness of the houseboat could have been better, with visible dust and hair in some areas.
